At Decisive Operation, we ship our printed apparel and accessories worldwide, with primary focus on Hungary and the European Union.

Fulfillment & Processing

  • All products are made to order through our print partners (e.g., Printify).

  • Production time usually takes 2–5 business days.

  • Orders are processed automatically once paid. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another once it ships.

Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on the print provider and destination:

  • Hungary & EU: 5–14 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

These are estimated times and may vary due to customs, logistics delays, or high seasonal demand.

Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • the selected product,

  • the print provider’s location,

  • the destination address.

If your order contains multiple items from different providers, each item ships separately, and shipping fees may add up accordingly.

Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipment costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
