Refund & Returns Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU & Hungary)

According to EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Hungarian consumer protection law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made to order or customized based on the customer’s request.
All items in this store are produced individually when an order is placed. Therefore, cancellation or return due to change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference is not possible.

2. Defective or Incorrect Products

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, faulty, or incorrect, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.
To process your claim, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the issue (front, back, and a close-up)

• Packaging photos if the item arrived damaged

3. Lost Packages

If your order does not arrive within the carrier’s delivery window, we will investigate and provide a replacement or refund.

4. Returns

Because all items are custom-made, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective.
Please do not send any products back to the manufacturer or printer. Items returned without approval will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.

6. Size Issues

If the delivered item has the wrong size label or differs from the size chart, we will replace it.
If the size was ordered incorrectly by the customer, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
